What is your return policy for open-box items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Are CalDigit docking stations compatible with both M1/M2 Macs and Windows PCs?
Most of our Thunderbolt 4 and USB-C docks, such as the TS4, are designed for cross-platform compatibility. However, specific features like dual-monitor support may vary based on your host device's hardware limitations.
